2. Description of Service
ShadowVerify provides virtual number rentals and SMS/OTP verification infrastructure. Our services include:
- Temporary phone numbers to receive SMS and OTP verifications across 50+ countries.
- Developer API integrations for automated OTP handling and numbers provisioning.
- Optional digital products including social boosting packages, account credentials logs, and VTU services.
3. User Accounts
To access our virtual numbers and dashboard services, you must register for a personal account. You explicitly agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- Maintain the absolute security of your login credentials and API keys.
- Assume full responsibility for all transactions and activities occurring under your account profile.
- Notify our security team immediately of any unauthorized breach or access to your profile.
4. Subscription and Billing
Certain elements of the Service are offered on a pay-as-you-go credit usage or subscription basis. By initiating billing, you agree that:
- You will pay all fees associated with your chosen plan or virtual numbers list.
- Wallet top-ups are billed instantly and are governed by our Refund Policy.
- Subscription packages auto-renew unless cancelled through dashboard controls prior to the billing date.
5. Acceptable Use
You represent and warrant that you will not use ShadowVerify to engage in malicious activity. The following uses are strictly prohibited:
Verifying accounts or receiving OTPs for fraudulent, phishing, or criminal activities.
Attempting to reverse-engineer, scan, load-test, or disrupt our backend infrastructure.
Automating account creation in violation of third-party target platform terms.
6. Compliance with Laws
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our virtual numbers and OTP data complies with all local, state, national, and international laws, including telecommunications rules, privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), and the terms of service of the platforms you verify.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, dashboard design, logo designs, custom CSS, API structures, and databases created by ShadowVerify are the exclusive intellectual property of our company. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access the platform for individual use.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and terminate your access to our API endpoints at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to our platform, users, or partners.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ShadowVerify, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities) arising out of or related to your use of our virtual numbers or verification platform.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Active users will be notified of major policy changes. The latest version is always accessible on this page with the modified date indicated.
